Chrissy Houlahan is a former Air Force Officer and business executive who is running for U.S. Representative in Pennsylvania’s new District 6. She grew up a true product of the American Dream. Her father, a holocaust survivor, became a Captain in the U.S. Navy and her parents instilled in her the value of education and the opportunities it could provide.
Chrissy has been the COO of both a profit and non-profit business, as well as a chemistry teacher in North Philadelphia, and a member of the Teach for America Corp. She will be focusing her efforts on veterans and their families, strong public education, expanding healthcare for all, growing our economy through jobs and continuing education, protecting our environment and focusing on climate change, as well as getting big money out of politics.
Chrissy has a degree in Engineering from Stanford University and an M.S. in Technology and Policy from MIT. She lives in Chester County with her husband and two daughters.
